Takedown and credit requests.

Use the public email channel for copyright, map licensing, attribution and takedown requests.

Request process

If you are a copyright owner, map author or authorised representative and believe that material is used without permission or credited incorrectly, contact contact@utduel.com with the affected URL or filename, identification of the work, the basis of your request and your preferred resolution. We may temporarily disable access while the request is being reviewed.

Required information

  • the affected URL or exact filename;
  • identification of the protected work or correct credit;
  • your relationship to the work and basis of the request;
  • your preferred resolution and a way to reply.

Discord may be used for informal coordination, but it is not the sole formal takedown channel.

Participant record requests

A participant may use the same public email channel to request a correction, anonymisation or removal review for their public competition record. Include the affected player profile or match URL, the nickname concerned, the requested correction and enough context to verify the request. Account ownership is not required merely to view the official competition history.
